The Baseline
How We Vet Every Operator
Every charter operator we work with must hold current FAA Part 135 certification — the baseline the federal government requires for on-demand air charter, covering pilot qualifications, aircraft maintenance, and operational oversight. But we treat Part 135 as the floor, not the finish line.
Beyond regulatory compliance, we prioritize operators who carry independent, third-party safety ratings — audits operators aren't required to undergo, but choose to as proof of a deeper safety culture:
ARGUS International
Ratings from Gold through Platinum, the industry's most widely recognized safety audit — reviewing pilot records, maintenance history, and Safety Management Systems.
WYVERN
Wingman and Wingman Certified ratings, backed by on-site audits and the PASS (Pilot and Aircraft Safety Survey) system — a detailed pre-flight review of the specific aircraft and crew assigned to your trip.
IS-BAO
The International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations, developed by the International Business Aviation Council and modeled on ICAO principles — the global benchmark for operational safety management.

What This Means
for You
Before your trip is confirmed, we review the operator's current certifications, the specific aircraft being assigned, and the crew's training and currency. We don't default to whatever aircraft is available — we evaluate the operator and equipment against your itinerary, not the other way around.

Payment & Funding
We accept wire transfer (our preferred method), ACH, and credit card — credit card payments are subject to processing fees. All payments are made directly to the Part 135 operator conducting your flight prior to trip confirmation, and funds must be verified and approved before your trip is finalized.
Legal Disclosure
JetBrands operates exclusively as an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier, aircraft operator, or FAA-certificated Part 135 operator. JetBrands does not own, lease, operate, manage, or maintain any aircraft.
In arranging air transportation, JetBrands acts solely as agent for the client. JetBrands works exclusively with independent, FAA-licensed and Part 135-certificated air carriers, who maintain full operational control of the aircraft, flight crew, and flight at all times, including all decisions related to airworthiness, crew qualifications, weather, and flight safety.
Because operational control rests solely with the contracted air carrier, JetBrands assumes no liability for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or safety performance of any air carrier, pilot, or aircraft arranged on a client's behalf. Any claims arising from a chartered flight are the responsibility of the operating air carrier, not JetBrands.
